Communication is everything in business. There’s a whole lot of talking and a whole lot of listening happening on a daily basis – but there is a lot being said and not being said that needs attention and needs to be heard. Often issues, if any, arise when the communication between customer and supplier isn’t effective, when the more subtle details are missed, and when the customer feels like they’re not truly being heard and understood.
